Individual Personal Training
Regardless of where you’re starting from, an individualized program will meet you where you are, taking into account your lifestyle, health concerns, past injuries, and previous exercise experience. After doing some simple movement assessments, we’ll work together to set goals that are attainable and realistic so that you are set up to succeed and progress. We’ll meet in the “judgement-free zone” of my private home gym, equipped with mats, mirror, and a variety of modalities including dumbbells, stability ball, BOSU, and resistance tubes.

Group Classes
Participating in a group exercise class can be a wonderful source of social interaction and support system to encourage an on-going commitment to fitness. Using a functional training program but recognizing that a group class will have people at varying levels of ability, exercises can be regressed and progressed. Classes can be done without any equipment other than a chair and a couple of water bottles used as hand weights.

In-Home Training
For clients who are unable to travel, fitness training can be done at their residence. A total body workout can be performed within limited space and without requiring any equipment.
